How is it that the home buyers at 7047 Mary Todd installed a wrought iron fence, without following the HOA's guidelines for fences? The HOA does have an Architectural Control Committee that is very active. Yes, everyone wants their home and property to look it's best, but there are guidelines we must follow. We signed the agreement when we closed on our properties. Please walk or drive by this home and see for yourselves what has been done. I must admit, it turned out great, I would like to do something simular, but I also must consult the HOA and it's committees first.

Well after getting in touch with Mr. Mathis, the ACC did approve the fence and gate at this address. This goes to show this old dog that the committee is active in LP. Thanks for your support.

I have seen this improvement and it looks great. This property is very well maintained and is always looking so immaculate, especially being on the main street. It is always taken very well care of.
