This morning (around 5:30) I was out shoveling, cleaning and warming up our truck. I noticed a 4 door silver car driving west bound extremely slow through the intersection of 41st & St Paul. It took them approx 5 minutes for them to make it around the block. At first I thought it was the newspaper carrier delivering paper. But the car pulled over and parked a few doors down from me and across the street. No one got out. By this time I was done shoveling and I didn't feel right letting our truck run. So I turned it off and locked it. As soon as I was on the porch, the car drove away. Now I don't know if I am jumping to a conclusion that they may have wanted to steal the truck. I did see that there were two people in the car, but I could not make out their description and no license plates on the car. I just wanted to warn people that if they are warming up their vehicle, please keep an eye on them. A running vehicle is an easy target for someone to steal.
