Plowing service

I've read the discussions and think that the best way to proceed is to rally together and do something about it.

I would love to pitch in on a block-by-block basis and get the alleys plowed, even if it means hiring a service. I'm going to ask my friend who is a landscaper what she thinks it would cost to get our alley on 40th between Bluemound and Clybourn plowed!

HOW COOL WOULD THAT BE?

I'll keep you posted.

COOL!

That's my block. Count me in! However, we tried this once before. Ask if there is a way to only plow behind whomever pays them. Because mark my words, you will never get all of the neighbors to do it. Kenny, I think he is at 600 North, used to do our sidewalks with his heavy duty snow blower. No one ever thanked him even. I verbaly did but it simply was not enough. I am just as guilty of taking advantage of a good thing. SORRY KENNY!So he stopped doing it. Thank you for checking and let us know. You can post here or e-mail me if you don't have a phone number already.
Please advise as to a price

I live on 41st and would be interested in the cost of the plowing of my alley.
I snowblow 1/3 of the alley so that the elderly people can get out. And I am getting a little older and I do not know how much longer I want to do it. But most of us have cars and really have to have the area cleared. I would be very interested in knowing how much it would cost to make one pass down the alley.
