The other day I posted after I had worked and then used the snowblower. I should know better than to use the written word when I am tired. Mark was correct in that I did not mean to say that no one helps each other.
The other day, after that really heavy snow, I tried to dig a car out that belongs to an elderly man (who currently is in the hospital). I was trying to stop the city from towing the car. I then went away and when I came back someone had dug the car out. I almost cried. That car represents independance to that man. And some Saint from the area dug it out. I was able to move the car. Then someone else was able to give permission for the car to be parked until he gets out of the hospital. Again I almost cried because two people have been so wonderful. I know that people are tired from a long days work and I did not mean to imply that people would not help if asked. People cannot read minds. So I want to say that this neighborhood is still strong with wonderful people who live here. I am glad to live here. I have lived in other areas where I have not even known the next door neighbors names. This is a great area in which to live. And once again I am sorry if I was offensive to anyone when I whined about shoveling. I was tired and should have waited to post. Have a Merry Christmas.
