Getting homeowners who will live in the properties that are for sale has been a subject that we've contemplated and tried to improve on for a long time.
The days of people passing their homes onto family members has pretty much changed.
We tried to get Miller involved in s wslk to work program that promoted the neighborhood for homeownership-first time homeowners. Sinai Samaritan Hospital signed on with us as one of the featured neighborhoods and we do have 2 super neighbors who bought here as a result of their employment there. That program pretty much dried up.
Promoting home occupancy ownership has been a part of many discussions among neighbors and our association-we have yet to hit on how we could best promote that market.
IF anyone has any ideas please contact us, in the mean time this is on the front burner this year.
