Liberty Hill

Hello, a coworker and friend of mine is looking to rent in Spring 2014 (by April 1st) and would love to live in the Old Mill Court area (or maybe a nearby area).  She is looking for a 2 BR place for the best deal possible (mandatory UNDER $1200). She would be a great tenant, has references and is financially stable.  She does have a dog.  She wants the place to be fixed up already (not a fixer upper), so please don't email if the place isn't in good condition.
