The new ruling is an Obama forced housing for communities to increase diversity in rich neighborhoods. That initially means all welfare and or poor will be placed in these neighborhoods. Not knowing whether these people have drug convictions or have served time in prisons may be hard to swallow. So more communities will need to start a Neighborhood Watch program with signs to help deter crime that may oocur with this new ruling.  Research Google for this info so you will be more informed..
