I am wanting to know the policy for keeping our neighborhood nice and for mowing the yards. It seems this is a huge problem and it makes the neighborhood look run down. Isn't this the purpose of our property owners association? What can we do? Also, does anyone know anything about when the entry sign will be replaced. Thanks
These are both very good questions, unfortunately these questions will probably never get answered on this site
. I not sure if any one on the board reads these anymore. If they do shame on them because a lot of questions go unanswered.

The reason the neighborhood sign is gone is because of vandalism. It is costly to replace those letters as they are custom made, which also means it takes a long time. The "Legacy" letters were finally completed, only to discover that someone had taken the "Pointe" letters as well. So... more time, more money. Hopefully the letters will be completed soon, but unfortunately we can't control how long it takes to complete them...
