I would like to get suggestions on what to do with a new renter in the neighborhood that likes to party - play loud music and fight with each other, they are so bad that we have to keep our kids inside during their fights because they use so much profanity. Last night was an hour of extremely loud "Boom Boom" music. So loud that it was shaking our windows. They have so much traffic coming in and out of the alley that my kids are no longer allowed to be on their bikes in the alley. If I say something to them, I'm afraid it will be a fight. Help? |
