Letter to Toni Lawrence

Mrs. Lawrence,

We would appreciate a few minutes of your time at our February Civic Club meeting held at 7:00 on February 4, 2008 at the Court House Annex on Pech Road. Our neighborhood has been greatly affected by the new floodway maps which we understand that you voted and agreed with.

Langwood II has been in regular discussion with the HCFCD for some years now about the flooding issues with Brickhouse Gulley. The gulley only began flooding approximately 10 years ago. Now, because of the changes in water shed, many of our residents are finding their family homes are WORTHLESS.

As our council representative, we would appreciate your viewpoint AND would like to share ours. Please advise if you will attend our meeting.
