Respect-O-Meter: Neighbor
What HOA???
I have no clue what this supposed neighborhood association is doing with my money.  From my front door, I see common area grass nearing two feet high in some areas.  Maybe if I were a rodent then I would consider this a major aesthetic improvement, but since I am not then maybe somebody ought to take some of that money and hire a lawn crew.  I have personally cut the common area on Beech Grove many times with no break in dues or reimbursement.  I'm not going to tear up another lawn mower because the neighborhood association is more interested in putting up new lights to the entrance to the neighborhood.  Not everybody that pays dues to this neighborhood lives on Timberbend Drive.

I agree and also have no clue what this HOA is doing period. The neighbors are complaining about a lot of theft and car break ins. If you have to leave your car out at night, lock it up and remove all valualbles. Any thing outside that can be carried off also remove at night. This HOA hired a new landscacper and apparently is not working out. I think the one I hired last year worked out quite well. There is life in other parts of Timberbend beside the front where section 1A resides.

Thank You.

Also noticed sprinkler heads busted in front. Will these be fixed before all the trees die?

What about the dandelion problem? I had the landscaper treat this last year.

Did anyone see dandelions last year??

A comment about dues. They were due March 15. There was no penality listed to collect these. My question is how many have not paid and why. It is understood why they would not pay their dues.
