About our association

The objectives of the CN are to:

1. Represent and advance the interest of Lancaster City residents and their neighborhoods.
2. Keep all residents informed of issues vital to Lancaster City neighborhoods by appropriate communications and meetings.
3. Establish Community Standing and Committees to investigate and make recommendations to all matters of CN concerns.

1. CN shall not endorse any candidate for political office nor shall the CN discussions extend to matters outside the purpose of the work of the CN.

2. The CN Neighborhood Associations’ and Neighborhood Liaisons roster/mailing list and the electronic mail receipt members shall be confidential and may not be released to non-members without the permission of the CN Board.

3. No member and/or Honorary member may act as a spokesperson or represent the CN without the written permission of the CN Board or a majority of the quorum at a duly called regular or special meeting.
