I bought my house 2 years ago in VERY poor condition. It was the neighborhood yard for cats, rats, snakes, and any other non human species. The fence was barely standing and their was a rotted out deck with a nasty hot tub that held rain water. I am a single mother of three one of which is handicap. Me and my kids cleaned this yard, removed tons of debris and made it presentable by ourselves. I saved enough money to have the fence repaired as I couldnt afford a total new one. The guy followed what is on the back (I am on a corner) and the frame is showing as it is all the way down my neighbors. NOW I have been sued for $1000 for being ''offensive to the neighborhood'' from the association because of the fence. Can anyone help me? I think this is very unfair compared to the improvements that I have done DAILY over the past 2 years. Let me know if you are offended with my fence. I have to go before the judge soon. the fence looks wonderful.  I bet  it  was a neighbor being hateful made up a story.  We  are  going through  some things over here our selves. the neighborhood is not what we thought it would be.
