Lakeview Heights Neighborhood Association

Cross Creek Marquee

Posted in: Spring Valley-Montgomery
What happened to the Cross Creek Marquee? And, why aren't the neighbors concerned? I am just outraged and the lack of concern about this neighborhood by visitors passing through and the residents that live here. We have to do a better job in protecting our property values and instilling in our children to take pride in where you live. This community will die if we don't step up and make a stand. What can we do to help our community?
I feel your pain to!

I to am upset and disgusted by the lack of decency and morality that is displayed in the neighborhood. I remember when this area was well manicured and the neighbors cared, I mean really cared about how it looked and who came in. Now, we have allowed the thugs, and the thugs parents to come in rent, and BBQ in the drive way. I really don't want to move but enough is enough. I ride through the community and see hair weave lying in the street, beer bottles are like plants, it is ridiculous. Let's band together and support the neighborhood association and do everything in our power to weed out the riff rafts and restore the community.

Neighborhood revitalization

Thank you, finally somebody is talking about what many of us are thinking about. You are right. We have to do something to save our community! My original neighbors have moved and suddenly I find myself surrounded by juvenile delinquents, and all all types of unsavory elements. There was a time when I could walk outside and see clean streets and yards but not now. I do not want to see this area turn into a slum. I'm willing to do my part. I think the residents and our city council rep should work together to make this happen. Let's do it!
