Lakeridge Neighborhood Watch

on friday March 8,2013 at 4:30am i was going to work. When I heard a car alarm going off I walked to the sound of the alarms as I stepped out on the road from the sidewalk i see a tow truck driving by me fast with a white car in tow but the white car tires were turned and the white car swung out from behind the tow truck and almost hit me. The tow truck driver did not see me. the driver just keeped going with the car being draged for over ahalf a mile.  

I have worked for Hadley Tow for two years and what that tow truck driver did was wrong. he damaged that car by draging it and also that car was a front will drive car it is not to be towed the way he was towing the car. Per AAA towing hand book. by the Name of the tow company is called  MR. C TOWING.
