Sacred Heart Selling 3 houses!!

BID PROCESS

 

Houses offered for sale will be sold at highest bid via a sealed bid process, and must be moved off the premise within 30 days of the bid award, and no later than April 15, 2011.

Sacred Heart Church reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.

 

Houses will be available for viewing by appointment only on Tuesday afternoons 1-4pm.

To arrange for an appointment to inspect/view the houses, call 325-660-7030.

Bids will be open for 30 days beginning January 20 and closing February 20, 2011.  Sealed bids must be received by 4:00pm on February 21, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Church office located in the Nelson Building at 837 Jeanette Street in Abilene, Texas.

 

Starting bids for each house are posted on this webpage (www.WTLtexas.com/bids),

Starting bids represent actual monies offered for each house and constitute a firm bid.  In order to be considered a valid bid, each bid will be accompanied by a check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Sacred Heart Church.  These checks will not be negotiated or deposited until the winning bid is announced.  In the event your bid is not accepted, your check will be returned, marked void. In the event your bid is accepted, your check for 10% of your bid will be deposited and applied to the bid amount.  Please follow the instructions on the website listed for house viewing opportunities and/or additional information.

Please verify with the Sacred Heart Church office (325-677-7951) that your bid was received.  We assume no responsibility for undelivered or lost mail.

Bid awards will be announced on February 28, 2011.  Bid winners will be required to pay the balance of their bid amount no later than March 10, 2011.  Bid winners will be contacted to make arrangements to move the awarded building off the premises within 30 days, and not later than April 15, 2011.

 

Costs listed in the descriptions for moving the buildings have been estimated by Diamond L Transport of San Angelo, for raising and resetting the structure. 

Mileage and placement costs are not included in the estimated moving cost
