when i retire,i do not want to live in my hoa here in crandall texas.i want to go somewhere that has true americans to spend my last days with.none of the things the hoa says is true,except the part where the hoa can tell you what to do and steal your home.dont be fooled by these scam organizations.when you are looking for  a home,and you see its in a hoa community,pass that home up and find a better place to live.if you buy the home in a hoa area,you will join the long line of fools that i am standing in.dont join the hoa and stay american!
