Dedication of Lackland Terrace Park

Councilman Richard Perez spoke to the citizens living in the Lackland Terrace Neighborhood at the 4 April 2006 dedication ceremony. Refreshments were served compliments of the City Parks Department. Following the ribbon cutting two Magnolia trees were planted in the area near the gazebo. One of the trees was dedicated in memory of the late Mr. Ed Gill.
