What is the present status of the street repair in our community?

the back 1/2 is being taken care of by Sivage.  From the looks of it, they are going to be sending out some people to do minor repairs in the back.

As for the front half, still stuck with the county.

Well from what the Sivage folks have told me, they  have to do repairs on streets and drainage areas in Unit 4, 5 and 6 (the back 1/2 of Kriewald) after that all street repairs etc as well as drainage mowing will be turned over to the county.  Dont worry though, your HOA board will not allow the drainage/greenbelt to get out of hand should the county "take it's time."

The repair areas have been marked off with Orange paint and should take 1-2 days each (depending on the amount of repairs needed) to complete.

Sivage Homes is also planning on beginning development for the final units within a few weeks. 

As a reminder to residents:  If you observe construction workers etc going through our developed areas, please let your safety committee or board members know.
