As many of you have already known, there has been a man around this area exposing himself and urging young girls to come in his vehicle. It is a black sport utility vehicle with tinted windows. The authorities have not yet obtained a liscence plate. We need the liscence plate number to catch this man. We need to start acting and help our neighborhood children.
