Special Meeting - Pool Covenant - 8/23/2012 @ 7pm
The Kesslebrooke Station Homeowners Association’s (HOA) will hold a Special Meeting to vote on a proposed change to the Covenant & Restrictions related to Above Ground Pools on Thursday, August 23rd, 2012 @ 7pm, at the Delaware Board of Elections located at 2079 US HWY 23N, Delaware, Ohio.

Neighborhood Block Party - 8/25/2012 @ 2pm
As usual, the party will be held at Kesslebrooke Station Park and the HOA will provide hotdogs, hamburgers, bottled water, and soft drinks. The HOA will also have other activities as well as corn toss and volley ball. If you plan to show up (ALL RESIDENTS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD ARE INVITED), please bring a dish or other food item to share.
This years Block Party entertainment:
Inflatable Obstacle and we have also hired a balloon artist.
Also, we have once again rented a Sno-Cone Machine, so bring your sweet tooth.
Becky Dittman will once again be this year's DJ.
