Take a look at the neighborhood to include our Sister Subdivision. Trailers of all types, campers, boats all be stored in view from the street. Its beginning to affect the look of the neighborhood. This can be as detremential to our property values as allowing variances in our building codes. What do you think. Is it fare to all the community? I don't think so.

The Sister Subdivision you are referring to is Oakhaven, right? They have a non-existent Homeowners Association. Their subdivision is getting worse. Look at the house built fronting on Mt. Everest at Redleaf. This house was permitted on Redleaf. The builder did a switcheroo and fronted the house on Mt. Everest to get around setback lines. No body cares over there.

WHY CAN'T WE INCORPORATED BOTH KENTWOOD AND OAK HAVEN TO ONE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION. IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.
