Reserve Study?— A committee to study the future cost of replacing common elements such as the streets, sidewalks, boundary fence.
Hernan Jaramillo is the chairman. Report to be ready by Fall 2001. Committee to recommend how much money must be set aside on a yearly basis to provide sufficient funds to pay for replacement in 15-20 years.

2. Street Repairs?—first priority is Kenton Hill between Kenton View and River Kenton.

3. Front Entrance Enhancements Landscaping improvements at both entrances, signage at Kenton View entrance.
