I think they're going to start at the 130s. Those single family homes they put up are really nice. I'm glad it's a whole block of them, instead of forcing a bigfoot on a 50 foot lot.

Have you looked at the condos on Biddle between Eureka & Penn? They look like they're going to be sharp, too.

for the info. Actually trying to find out about them for someone else. I like those new homes too. Nice to see a whole block of them. It does look funny when they put one of those big houses in between the old ones. And yes, the ones on Biddle look like they will be nice too.
