I just wanted to let you all know that my brother's lawn service has expanded to serve all of Dacula. He does a great job and is very reasonably priced. He's currently doing the Nichols Landing subdivision common areas, the subdivision down the street, and several houses in Nichols Landing. Healso started doing maintenance here for a few homeowners in Ivey Chase. Anyone interested please contact Mario Rico at 404-641-6612.
Maybe we should look at getting a price from him to do our common areas? He is in the development at my house all the time and he is very familiar with the property. We may be able so save some money that way?
