Laughing Power finally came back on Monday sometime. Amazing how excited you can get over such a thing.  It's electrifying.  (Sorry couldn't resist.)

Actually, both sides of Middlebrook were out, 3 on the north and two south. It had something to do with the transformer at 4241 Middlebrook Road. The truck pulled up at 6:00am Monday morning, the driver got out, climbed a ladder, flipped a switch or something and suddenly there was light. It was that simple. Why that wasn't done Saturday or Sunday, I do not know.

I did talk to a crew on Beechwood Sat. eve. and they reported to me they were to restore power to Beechwood -to- East and North only. They did not have a "work order" for the rest of Woodlawn Park.

It was so frustrating Sat. and Sun. watching power come on all around Woodlawn Park and yet half of Middlebrook stayed dark.
