Positive/Constructive Comment

I noticed and appreciate that the board has been willing to take reports of problems and concerns posted on this board and respond to them rather than refer the poster to Meridian Management. I think this is step toward better communications.

Sometimes requests through the management company get lost in the shuffle and some folks have to call more than once to get a response. (This has happened more than once to me and some of my neighbors which has put us off calling.) While it is never a big problem, it might be something to look into to better improve communications. Having an avenue to make reports ''in writing'' seems to have greatly improved response time since there is a board member ensuring there is follow up. Thanks!

Thanks for your comments. I am glad that you feel that our efforts to be more responsive are working. We waould like people to be involved in this neighborhood - your questions & suggestions are important.

I am sorry that you feel you have received unsatisfactory service from Meridian Mgmt. From my own personal experience, they have been very responsive to my requests - both as a resident and a Board member. I can assure you that Tricia Edwards works very hard for us and does a lot behind the scenes to help our neighborhood. She made numerous calls and follow-ups with me today (Sunday) to help determine why the pool was closed.

I am happy to forward questions to the right person, but I hope you will give Meridian Mmgt another chance.
