If you have not noticed it, the abandoned house behind the ice cream shop on shelby just north of garfield park there was a horrible message spray painted on the side (facing Raymond). A very racist remark that I find very offensive and unacceptable for my neighborhood. I was curious to know if anyone had a suggestion as to how to legally do away with it. I have considered spray painting over it but I realize that isn't within the bounds of the law. So if you can help please e-mail me. Thanks and have a wonderful day.
