We've had rather mild temperatures and plenty of rain which gave our gardens a great start. Our park has seen fine use because of it and more and more folks are out walking which is fantastic. We have our runners too... some rather impressive. 
Get out before the real heat and chat it up with those you meet along the way. No better way to get to know your neighbors than that. We have some very nice ones.
