Anyone know what is happening?  There are about 5 cop cars with assualt riffles.

more info - a car jacking.  He seems to drive up on the sidwalk - the front of my husband's car was hit.  The jacked car seems to have 'crashed' near Bethany's house.  And he fled the area according to police.
