Hunter's Place HOA

It is very disrespectful to let your pets-dogs poop in someone else's yard and not pick it up when their business is finished.  I am tired of other neighborhood home owner using my yard for pet pooping location when walking their dogs.  Please address this in the hunters place hoa newsletter.  Don't we have some sort of ordinance against this rude practice.  Use your own yards....
