This is a notice to potential Hunters Chase home buyers. Please think twice before purchasing a home in Hunters Chase. Almost every night I am disturbed by reckless neighbors who are renting properties nearby. There's noise, trash thrown onto the streets, loud music, traffic and basically nothing is being done to control this situation.
We have a weak HOA that has failed its membership due to their lack of response to concerns like the above one. I was under the impression that homes that are leased must follow the same set of rules that I as a permanent resident must. But it is otherwise for sure.
For realtors, take your clients elsewhere. Leased properties in Hunters Chase have severely dimished the quality of life here.
