What is this in reference too?  I am only a homeowner, but would like to know what service was performed and what you need to be paid for.  I will hopefully be attending the next board meeting. 

If you are given the contract, perhaps you could get the water not to run every single day?  Perhaps you could get the sprinklers not to hit my windows so I could sleep with the windows open and not get wet at night?
