Maintain the structure and value of a small nit community in the University area while providing the ever-evolving relationships with friends and neighbors.

About our association

Established in 1992. We are a small community in the University area of Charlotte.  Our Community  consists of 56 homes located between Harris Blvd. and Sugarcreek Road off of Mallard Creek road. It is a very quiet community with easy access to University Hospital, University YMCA, a large number of restaurants, Northlake Mall, grocery stores, I-77 and I-85.
