Houston's Skyscraper Shadows Civic Club

A new "Road Closed" construction sign was installed at the Monroe & Braniff intersection. When the sun is out, this sign is hardly visible for drivers coming down Braniff towards Monroe. The sun blocks the driver's eyes so it may be a hazard and drivers may I potentially drive into the construction sign (in my case, I swerved...luckily, no cars were on the road at the time). I already called to report it to see if a warning sign can be posted a few feet before where sun doesn't interfere, but I just wanted to give my fellow neighbors a heads up.
