I was wondering if the homeowners association could change the street light in front of my house it is to dim,it is an old white light,and i was wondering if it could be change to a sodium lamp they are much brighter.

Tohave the street light changed to a new light fixture you will need to call HL &P.  Give them the pole number located on the lamp post about half-way up and ask them to make the change.

RF only pays for the electricity, we do not repair or have any control over the street lights.
