As I understand it, on Wednesday,December 8, 1999, City council will be discussing and voting on the possibility of allowing auto repair shops to store vehicles on their property without a license. This could lead to making auto junk yards out of our neighborhood.

Does anyone have any additional informatioln on this subject?
