We are aware that the guardrail needs attention and that is something we will address when it gets warm.  The idea is to have it wire brushed down primed and then repainted.

The flooding on the side walk for the same area has been addressed. we had the landscaper to cut a crease under the sidewalk so the water would flow towards the drain.  The problem was that when the side walk was layed it was not sloped to drain to the far natural drain and that's why water stands in that area.

That area has been identified and will be put on the list to be taken care of this spring.  I am sure you noticed the debri like stones and rocks on the lot that has to be removed before any planting can start.

This also might be completed with community effort to save ourselves some money.  Helping a neighbor clean-up a small area with the help of other neighbors.

Has Duke Energy advised of a repair date for the front entry lights?

Duke Energy did come out, but informed us that they were not responsible for the entry way to the community, so they could not investigate the problem.

They informed us that this is a community problem not a city problem.

We did have our new landscapers to look at the area to see if they could identify the problem and they have and hopefully it will be fixed in the next week or so.  The new landscapers that we hired has an electrician on staff which is to our advantage to use when necessary
