In February many residents received a visit from the Rodent Impact Program for setting their bulk out early.Some received tickets, others received warnings. Avoid the problem by leaving your trash in your back yard until the night before the scheduled bulk pick up date. DO NOT PUT THE TRASH ON VACANT LOTS. THESE LOTS BELONG TO SOMEONE!!!
You would not appreciate people dumping
