Mailbox Vandalism 10/05

On Wednesday during the last week of October, the mailbox on the corner of Canter and Wrangler was vandalized! The back section of the large mailbox was pried open an mail was found all over the ground. Some mail was definitely missing. Police reports were made in case of identity theft. If you were affected, we encourage you to make an official report with the by calling 714-5115.
Thank-you to the neighbor who picked it up and placed it in a bag on top of the box.

Update 11/02/05 Suspicious Hispanic Male Seen

On Wednesday morning 11/02/05 a suspicious Hispanic Male was seen and talked to by one of our neighbors. He had opened the back of the large mailbox on Canter and Equestrian. Apparently he had a key but was unable to open the smaller box. The witness asked him if he was a postal worker. He replied 'no', he said he was just trying to get a letter out of the box that he had decided not to mail. However, the outbound mail does not go out in the large box. He was driving a white truck, possibly a Nissan, with a tana cover over the back of the truck.
