I just want to share my own experience about the flooding problem during heavy rain and fiberglass door refinishing.

Flooding problem: Due to the topography, our house flooded a few times (water into garage) during heavy rain. A SK Construction (PH 630-6020) suggested to install a sump pump and problem is solved beautifully. I recommend all neighbor consider that before the raining season comes.

Fiberglass door refinished: I want to also let all neighbors know that most painting and staff in HomeDepot and Lowes do not know exactly how to refinish a fiberglass door. The trick is used Mineral Spirit to max with MinWax gel Stain into a controllable consistency. As to stripping the old paint, PeelAway #6 from Lowes will do the trick (thanks to the staff at Lowes on that count). I also express my special thank to Mr. Sai Kit Che from SK Construction discovers this trick to avoid me making a big mistake in my small project. By the way, he charges very reasonable and ethical too.
