we have to stick together and watch and listen to what is happening.  we have to keep the ndeighborhood safe for r kidds.  they can't help themselves , so we have to teach them what to look for and a void. 

   this homeless is getting out of hand.  they should screen these people cause there r all kinds of people making up homeless.  not saying they don't need help , but do it in the right prospective.

  there is the V.A. and other places that can help with there certin needs.  i say  they have to be screened to see what they need , but not in the mall. 

   if they say it is safe,  why don't they put the homesless in their area ?

Hello Neighbors, here's the latest update!

I've had several calls from the commissioner's office, as well as many of you relaying back what they've said to you... what they're saying about the issue now is "we're fairly certain this isn't going to happen."  Nothing 'official' has taken place, so until that happens, we're going to proceed with the protest/picket tomorrow morning (Wed) downtown in front of the commissioner's building at 9am, a press release has been done to alert the media of what we're doing. 

We absolutely must be heard about what they're proposing for our neighborhood.

Channel 10 was here tonight to do a piece on the neighborhood and our thoughts about the proposed homeless shelter, we'll be on at 11pm!  Continue to stay tuned...

The protest went wonderfully! Ken Hagan's assistant came out to talk to us as did Rose Ferlita. These two are opposing the proposition and support what we're doing. Channel 8, 9, 10 and 13 were all there, you can expect to see some of your neighbors on the evening news!  Thanks to all for your support, let's keep it going.
