I have seen NO HOA minutes since April 2019.    They finally were doing a good job of getting them out and then they just stopped.    Ruth Tansill the 2018 secretary was replaced in 2019.    Not sure if something happened with the new secretary or not.....I just know there has been a lack of minutes as a communication tool for the last few months.    

When I say no minutes I mean none distributed or posted on their official web site in months.
