Is ARNA for the citizen of the neighborhood? Or did Chris Fisher turn intot eh city all BZA violations without tellignthe residents he was going to???

It think it stinks and ARNA should be ashamed! To turn in people to the city for minor violations defeats the purpose of the organization and I wish I had never joined!!!
