I AM WRITTING THIS TO ATTRACT THE ATTENTION ON THE DEPLORABLE WAY OF MOWING THE GRASS LATELY IN THE KISSENNA PARK.IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS PLOWED THROUGH,WITH THE RESULT BEING THAT THE GRASS IS ALMOST DESTROYED AND GONE,AND THE REMAINING HAS WILTED THE NEXT DAY AS A RESULT OF THE 'PROCEDURE'.ALSO SCARS AS FROM A PLOW ARE SEEN AND THE RESULT LOOKS VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
