Hillside Ave Civic Association

The noise from Hillside Avenue has become unbearable.  Ambulence and Fire Engine's sirens 40-50 times a day, buses with squeaky brakes every few minutes, the trucks, the late night garbage collections at the KFC, the KFC's obscenely loud drive-thru intercom.  Living directly behind the KFC (located btw 175th and 176th sts on Hillside ave) means I get ZERO peace and quiet all day (I'm counting all 24 hours)  I havent had more than 5 minutes go by during the past year that I've lived here without having some absurdly loud noise from the KFC or Avenue disturb me.  I can't wait to get out of this smelly and loud neighborhood.
