I took pictures on 11/28/2009 at 8:00 am, it is pictures of the backside of the old K-Mart building at 7060 Winchester road. Also I open several of the trash bags to see if I could see who was doing this. I found several pieces of personal mail in the bags, which I left. The mail belong to Cordova, TN homeowners who have been illegally dumping their trash. I had to notify the Code Enforcement and Health Department.
