Community Development includes:
* Appearance and aesthetics
* Involvement and communication
* Housing repair and maintenance
* Education on Code issues
* Code Compliance and safety

Communication is responsible for a proper list of persons and businesses to notify of meetings. Each notification shall carry the proposed agenda for the meeting. At least twice a year, such list shall be reviewed and revised as necessary.
