Turnover Meeting for the Highland Summit Board
and the Election of Board Officers
January 24, 2006 minutes

Location: 14320 SE Crestview Drive

Present: Mike Handslits , Steve Schulz, Vince Meyer, Toby Fewkes, Martin Webb, Marv Entis

Mike called the meeting to order at 7:09PM

Mike passed out a report on recent issues such as street trees, ARC applications, car upholstery business, 11297 Summit Dr, Meadowgold-one, bank card, more community involvement

New Board Members: Toby Fewkes, Martin Webb

Mike volunteered to be the coordinator for the neighborhoodlink.com to post the minutes of meetings and other information for the homeowners association.

Nominations for new president were opened:
Marv nominated Vince,
Vince nominated Toby, Steve seconded the nomination of Toby,
Toby chosen as President by vote.

Marv nominated Vince for Secretary, Steve seconded, Approved

Marv stated that the minutes should note that a marvelous job was done by the past President and Secretary.

Mike demonstrated the web site neighborhoodlink.com.

Next meeting of the Board was set for Monday, February 20, 2006 at the Clackamas High School Library.

Meeting adjourned at 8:30PM
