On Monday two weeks ago, I opened my garage to take the garbage to the curb. I spotted a compact black Toyota driving very slow across the street on Coatbridge Ln E... about 10 minutes later when I left for work he was parked between my house and the neighbor. I turned left and did a u-turn and took down his license number. After I passed him, he followed me out of the neighborhood and turn right.
On Wednesday of the same week, when I left for work he was sitting across the street again. As I passed him slowly he pulled out behind me, when we reached the entrance to neighnborhood I backed up next to him and asked what he was doing in the neighborhood and he replied "everything is okay I am with Uber and picking up a passenger" I said you don't have a passenger with you and you didn't have a passenger Monday.... he said everything was okay, his name was John and he was with Uber and he drove off. I called the Jax Sheriff office when I got to work but they said they could not do anything unless he was still in the neighborhood.
Please.....if you see this vehicle, please call the Sheriff's office... the tag # is 654AA
not sure what he is doing in the neighborhood, but he was very suspicious.
